One thing that I found also useful is the web based access to your voice mail recordings and ability to download them in MP3 format. If you have an important message that you need to forward to someone or save for later reference, you can simply save it and keep it, rather than trying to figure out how to save it from the phone company's voicemail system. This tool makes task management quite easy to do and implement. Let's face it, the ultimate outcome of any task management software is to actually get you into action of managing them and completing them. The faster you get to execution, the sooner they get done, the more value the tool has. The more features it offers that allow you to do that action faster and with ease, the more value it further adds.

I was looking to find a solution for being able to watch a movie when I'm in transit, without having to spend hours converting it to the iPad friendly format through iTunes. The solution presented itself with the use of iTunes, without conversion, in a matter of minutes and even seconds.

When you look at what's possible for you and your life, when you look at how many days go by with you regretting something or hoping for something without acting on it, you should ask yourself one thing: when will you start living the rest of your life the way you want your life to be?

And why is it important?

Wondering how to stay focused on what's important? Discipline allows you to focus on the right activities, while self-control allows you to avoid the wrong activities. And the third element is the goal itself, as otherwise what else are you focusing on?

Think about success and what you've accomplished well in the past week. What can you see that worked? The first great habit to have is to validate whether what you are thinking is contributing to your goals and dreams. If it doesn't, just realize that keeping those thoughts and growing them only increases the chances of you moving away from your goals. Here's how.
